Jeffreys Bay, South Africa
Jeffreys Bay is located in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa, and became an international hot spot for surfing after it was featured in the film Endless Summer. The area is now home to multiple world-renowned surfing competitions and is considered one of the best right-hand point breaks in the world.
Huntington Beach, CA
With a nickname of “Surf City, U.S.A”, Huntington Beach boasts some of the waves in the world. With miles of beaches, there’s surf for all levels. Each summer, the week-long competition, U.S. Open of Surfing, is held in Huntington Beach.
Taghazout is a small fishing village 19 km (12 mi) north of the city of Agadir. Morocco is famous for its long right hand point breaks and this small village is no exception. Taghazout is rarely crowded and, therefore, makes it the perfect spot to surf. The waves are much more intense during the months of September-April, therefore, it is adviced only expert surfers visit this time of year.

There are 7 main surfing breaks across the island: Cloudbreak, Restaurants, Tavarua Rights, Swimming Pools, Namotu Left, Wilkes Pass, and Desparations. All offer amazing waves, however, Cloudbreak in the most famous. Cloudbreak offers powerful left-hand breaks over the coral reef. Waves range from 2 to 22 feet high.
